Cinque Terre, Italy, 2011
Are you ready for some fresh seafood and beautiful hikes along the Mediterranean? Cinque Terre consist of five little towns along this rugged terrain of the Italian Rivera. Hiking trails, trains and boats connect all the villages with awe-inspiring views. You will need a good comfortable pair of shoes if you decide walking is your method of exploration of this region. Each town offers it unique style and my two favorite are the most Northern two, Monterosso and Vernazza. This beautiful region provides some time for relaxation as you taste the local wines, eat incredible food, soak up the sun, and appreciate the sheer beauty of this very special place.
