Paris, Trois Vallee, Barcelona

This year’s ski trip started in the heart of the city of Love, Paris. Our group rode the local bicycles around the city while visiting museums, eating at the outdoor cafes and shopping the stylish boutiques.
On the 5th day we all took the high speed train to Annecy, France. This little town is situated on the lake at the base of the French Alps. We strolled through the open markets along side the many canals that makes this city so special. After lunch we met the rest of our group that flew into Geneva. From here we all took our private bus to the French Alps.

Once in the ski resort of Trois Vallee we skied for a week enjoying fresh powder, long runs and fine cuisine. Our four star hotel was a ski in and out onto the slopes. One of the amenities of this hotel was the large therapeutic swimming pool and spa.
Our group ended this fabulous trip by flying to Barcelona Spain. This is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The weather was perfect, not too cold and just warm enough. This city has much history and again incredible food. After walking around Barcelona and seeing the many historic sites we took a couple of side trips. The first was to Montserrat, well known for the Benedictine Abbey high up in the peaks of the mountains.
The second trip was North to Figueres. This town close to the French border was the birth place of Salvador Dali. A museum designed by Dali contains some of his most imaginative work.
We wil look forward to returning to this magical region of Spain in the near future!!! We hope to see you here.
